Millie

Here is Millie. She is my best friend. She was born in Tennessee, so I am sure she is in-bred but she is still my friend. She is very ugly, has problems controlling her bowels and bladder, is cross-eyed and I think she is mentally retarded (may be the in-bred thing) but hey, everyone says she has a sweet personality. But when you are that ugly and mentally challenged all you have is your personality.
